Delivery information

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the time of the order confirmation. If for whatever reason we can not ship your order within 48 hours, you will be notified by email of the delay and consequently you will have the option of cancelling the order.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and indicated in the shopping cart.

Product Return Policies and Procedures

Compact Discs

Return Within 30 Days

All our Compact Discs are satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any Compact Disc within 30 days of receipt. If your order arrives damaged please call one of our representative at (819) 669-2218 so we can send you a replacement.

To Return a Product

• Call an L.A. Web Creations representative at (819) 669-2218.
  
• Our support representative will give you a unique Product Return Authorization (PRA) number with instructions on how to return the product.
  
• Ship the product in the original package with the PRA number to L.A. Web Creations. You are required to pay for the shipping costs each return incurs.
  
• We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
